We accept Oxxo deposit, Transfer, Credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, KueskiPay, Deferral, Mercadopago and Mercado Crédito.
How long does shipping take?
1 to 2 business days for most destinations in Mexico; for smaller locations or those with extended coverage, delivery times vary from 3 to 5 business days.
What packaging do you use?
We work directly with DHL
Do you accept exchanges or returns?
We accept exchanges and returns up to 30 days after your order is placed. Orders over $1,999 pesos are free of charge. See details at this link.
Do you have physical stores?
For now we only have an online store, portal in Liverpool, MercadoLibre, Amazon, Coppel and Etsy.
How do I know if an out-of-stock item will be restocked?

Do the products already include VAT and do you issue an invoice?
Prices for the store in Mexico already include VAT. If you need a tax invoice, you can generate it when you complete your order or in our self-billing system at this link
