Shipments are made with DHL International. 3 to 7 business days depending on the destination zip code. It may take longer depending on destinations with limited coverage.

Are the taxes already paid?
Taxes may apply if defined by each country's customs authority. If taxes are due, you will receive an email from DHL with the amount in your local currency.
How much tax is paid, if applicable?
It varies greatly depending on the country, usually not exceeding 20% of the total declared value, and in some cases, it is not charged if so determined by the customs authority.

What should I do if my order is held in customs?
In some cases, taxes may need to be declared, so DHL will contact us to request the recipient's contact information. You can also contact DHL directly to find out the status of your shipment.
Are there returns?
Yes, we offer 15 days for returns from abroad. In this case, you must cover the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend purchasing with complete confidence and answering any questions you may have, as returns can be costly for the buyer. Returns do not apply to items with a discount of more than 30%.
Are there any changes in merchandise?
In the case of foreigners, we only have refunds.

Once this is done, we will provide you with a guide that you can print and schedule a pickup with DHL to pick up the package from your home.
