Detailed exchange and return policy
The period for exchanges and returns is 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the product.
For orders under
No changes or returns apply. for clearance products.
For products with a discount greater than 20%, the total return cost must be paid by the customer.
If you receive a damaged product, you must present proof of the product in question for the exchange or refund to proceed.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in the same condition as when received. It must not be washed or show signs of wear, such as being perfumed, stained, or completely wrinkled.
For returns, packaging must be similar in size to the original order and properly sealed to ensure it arrives in good condition.

In the event of a return, the refund will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase within a period of up to 14 business days. If it hasn't been reflected within this period, you can send an email to contabilidad@teyaartesanal.com

Are there refunds from abroad?
Yes, we offer 15 days for returns from abroad. In this case, you must cover the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend purchasing with complete confidence and answering any questions you may have, as returns can be costly for the buyer. Returns do not apply to items with a discount of more than 30%.
Are there any exchanges of merchandise from abroad?
In the case of foreigners, we only have refunds.
What is the process for change for foreigners?
You must contact us through our WhatsApp +52 999 332 2098 or by email contacto@teyaartesanal.com soliOnce the return is received, we will calculate the return shipping fee, which will be deducted from the refunded order. We suggest using a shipping envelope for small packages. Finally, we will ask you to send us the dimensions of the package to be returned so we can calculate the return fee. Once this is done, we will provide you with a guide that you can print and schedule a pickup with DHL to pick up the package from your home.
